Please make a slow motion mode for the people who are going insane

I really really really enjoy this game, like alot, but i just cannot keep up with all of the pop ups and how fast i have to respond to everything, it is driving me insane! please either allow me to pause on the map screen, or just allow me to slow the game down further.

please add the ability to pause the game while still on the main screen.

additionally, being able to switch between different menus without having to exit out of them (by using the hotkeys) would be great
