What a huge disappointment
Bought this game because the premise and art/graphical style looked interesting, let alone the gameplay of climbing and platforming everywhere seemed fun.

Alas, the game presents you with this wide expansive level with seemingly multiple ways to reach you destination, yet early on I encounter walls that cannot be climbed because of...reasons. A lazy way of forcing the player to platform the direction the developer wants.
Fine, no biggie if either the wall was very obviously non-climbable by color or texture OR the game conveyed it by environmental storytelling. But, I wouldn't be surprised if I had passed one of the static text guides that are only visible when you're near. The problem is when you give the player the fallacy of having multiple ways to go from point A to B, it's very easy to completely miss these kinds of instructions. Only did I see how to properly go across this one section after almost making it my own way, failing, responing close to where these instructions were, and having them become visible once I got close enough. Very likely that I missed one or two along the way by going a direction the game hadn't intended.

All this and I haven't mentioned the ridiculous fall to death. The game does have a great sense of scale imo but at the same time it seems like you die from a 10ft fall. For platforming and climbing focused gameplay, that gets old real fast.

So essentially, I come across a part early on where my climbing pickaxe can't grab onto slightly different textured rock wall. Okay, now I have to figure out a different route. Oops, I slipped off a slanted wall, no biggie, there's a ledge below about 15ft bel....oh I died? Like c'mon you play as an android for God's sake. It's ankles aren't going to shatter if it falls from a height a normal human could live from if they know how to properly fall and land. It doesn't make the game fun or challenging, just annoying.
