I keep taking my pilots out of the mechs after each mission? Any affect?
Hello, I was wondering if anyone can confirm a benefit to leaving the pilots not in a mech overnight. I keep doing it but I think I am just being crazy. Can anyone confirm if there is a benefit to leaving pilots out of a mech or should I just keep them in the mech until they need to go to the hospital?

If you're not putting them inside a hospital or training there seem to be no difference
