What is number next to nukes?
So there is a number that says how many nukes you have and there's a number on its right that points an arrow next to it. What is that second number?

I assumed its the number of turns it takes to generate a nuke from depleted Munilon from reactor (as fluff text seems to suggest). Thing is that number has been showing 13, 14 or 15 for longest time. It does not seem to countdown. So what is it?

You need two things to launch a nuke.

1. The warhead.
2. The rocket.

Your reactor produces a certain number of warheads per week (one or two, I don't recall).

You need to spend production (engineers, resources, production queue slots) to make rockets.

This is why one number stays the same and one goes up.

I think it's how many you can make at the moment

I had that thought too, but it shows 15 now but I got resources enough for 36...
