Misleading processor programs
4 of the processor programs have misleading descriptions; the ones that are based on the reactor heat. The programs favor high heat, but the description suggests they favor low heat.

It is "percent of the reactor's heating FROM its maximum temperature"
but it SHOULD be "percent of the reactor's heating OF its maximum temperature"

Example: heat 70 of 100
% FROM max = 30
% OF max = 70
So right now it says the opposite of what it is supposed to mean.
Good news is, it's super easy to fix :D

For the sake of completion, there is another variant in the english language that would be misleading. I'll use the same example.

Example: heat 70 of 100
% (away) FROM max => 30
% OF max => 70
% OFF (= different from) max => 30

I checked the German localization, it uses the correct words. Can't check the other ones, due to lack of skill >_<

There is another fix, regarding programs, which I would like to propose.
In the mech assembly screen, if one opens the electricity pannel to connect nodes to weapons and systems, on the bottom of the screeen you have displayed various stats regarding the engine and the cooling system (e.g. heat produced by firing, reloading, maximum heat dissipation, base heat produced by the mech). If you enable the program "increase reactor cooling" which depends on the % of energy available, then the cooling stat does not increase. It seems the program is not included in calculating the cooling: including it would be very helpful.

If you think of the "Cooling improvement" program, it states that it only applies while overheating. So it is correct to show no change in the general cooling stat.

You are absolutely correct, my bad.
