How does mod.io work?
I logged into mod.io with my Steam account, found some mods and subscribed to them, and now none of them pop up in the game.

Is there anything else i still need to to?

Did you activate them?

I don't think so, where can i activate them?
It is clunky. Sometimes they show up as "inactive" and you have to turn them on manually . Same goes for updating. You didn't log in with your steam account, BTW. You provided an email to be verified separately from steam. Maybe you failed to point and click on a verification link.

If they arent activated they will have grey borders and have 'Off' on them, just click to activate and they turn yellow and 'off' will become 'on'.

I managed to fix it by going to the ingame mod browser, select 'more' and scroll to the bottom to log out.

Then Log back in again, and try to subscribe to mods again on mod.io, now they will pop up ingame and will be able to be activated.
