Can not launch the game
I can not launch the game. Please help!!!!

Did you try reinstaling? verify files? If that won't help try renaming game folder, to remove chinese from it.
here is how to do this. Guide made by romkacg from nexus.
guide how to rename game folder on description page.
Chinese game folder name problem:
1. Close steam
2. Go to <steam>/steamlib/steamapps
3. Open file appmanifest_1468810.acf with text editor
4. Rename "installdir" "????" to "installdir" "TOI"
5. Go to <steam>/steamlib/steamapps/common and rename game forlder ???? to TOI

I believe you can rename it to whatever you want so long as the name of the installdlr and the game folder are the same name.

I had the same problem, back when I was playing with mods from nexus. One of the mod makers there made this guide for us. Al respect goes to romkacg
