I don't think that Lockdown is a bad game. It's still hars and also motivating to master the missions.

But the AI is dumb and inaccurate, even on the hardest settings. The teammate AI is nothing short of annoying.

The only good thing this game has so far are the footstep and environmental noises, the maps are incoherent (in quality and storyline wise), the weapons do not reflect any real existing weapons properly like the preceding parts, there's no emphasis on tactics aside from straight run and gun etc. etc. etc.

All in all, it's a terrible Tom Clancy Title in general, really.

Does it get any better with Coop? I haven't found anyone willing to buy this piece of junk and I regret buying it a decade ago.

It is in fact the worst TOM CLANCY game. Second being Ghost Recon Phantoms. ;)
Every game is better when played with a friend but to be honest have yet to try this one in coop. So I'm not sure. :D

Vegas were pretty bad too.

This is some of the worst level design in any game, Tom Clancy or otherwise, that I've ever encountered...

This is literally a rail shooter. The maps are essentially straight lines with a couple of curves in them. This corridor constrained shooter is exactly what's wrong with so many modern PC shooters.

And don't even get started on comparing this to prior RS games. Not looking forward to the Vegas games after this, nor the Ghost Recon games I'm yet to play.

Unfortunately this is the price we pay when our games become "accessible". They dilute the core mechanics and blend it with the genre to the point where it's almost indistinguishable from its predecessors...

I dont have problems with this game even running on windows 10 :o Too bad that multiplayer doesnt work :/

I just bought it pretty much to see just how 'bad' it is, I remember playing a demo of it back when it came out and thought it was bad... We'll see...

so i just beat the first mission, its cool i guess, you get what you pay for in this case...

I hope you know this was 40 bucks back in the day.

i know this thread is old but the vegas games arent bad that would be siege and division people wanted a 3rd vegas game for a while

It's got the best engine, since 'Rogue Spear' IMHO. I like he scale of the thing, although it might feel a bit 'barebones' as is the case with a lot of 3D games.... Old games managed to fill that 'void' better 's all I'm saying.
