Why? You can replay any map at any time.

Pretty sure I saw a reset progress button in the options

OMD 2 had the option to start a new account, and you could have many. This way you could play CO-OP with friends and grow together rather than one starting out with a butt-ton of weaponry and traps the other didn't have.

I don't know if OMD 3 has the same thing?

You can reset all your upgrades at any time.

That just doesn't make any sense, you can already limit yourself and play "from nothing." You could reset all your upgrades and go play the first map with just that character's weapon and floor spikes and wall arrows and remove anything else so you only play the match with those 3 things and then fill in what the next map unlocks as you go.

There is a file in:
Orcs Must Die 3\OMD\Saved\SaveGames
You could try deleting that and see if that resets it.

I'd argue its not the same thing but I can see your point. Still, it'd be nice to just have an option to reset everything.

Necro I know, but I was looking for the same thing and managed it by:

Turning off steam cloud saves

Removed saved game files from C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Robot Entertainment\Orcs Must Die! 3\Saved\SaveGames

Removed saved game files from local files folder (by using browse local files) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Orcs Must Die 3

I had to remove the saved games from both places before it would work. Hope this helps someone.

turn off cloud saves then delete it and open game

I wish to reset everything and to record a video since beginning, that UI was like 1st time, during 1st run. Not already some windows, some options, which weren't available 1st time. Want to make video of first run.
