When I start the game it opens fine, but when I get to the main menu screen an Epic Games menu opens asking me to enter my email to continue playing, right, I enter my email and confirm. Then a message appears saying: "Use your email created at epic games" and the email I entered is literally the same as the one I use on my Epic Games account, which doesn't make sense and I can prove it, I bought the game to play with my wife, so much so that I even gave her the game as a gift and I was surprised when I opened the game and discovered that I couldn't play it because I needed to enter my Epic Games email, so I thought, when I see it, it's my email has a problem! So I tried to enter my brother's and even my wife's email and it still gave the same error: "Enter your email created at Epic Games" so as i am literally being stopped from playing the game i will be asking for a refund.

Quando inicio o jogo ele abre tudo bem, porém ao chegar na tela do menu principal se abre um menu da Epic Games solicitando para que eu ponha meu email para continuar jogando, certo, coloco o meu email e confirmo. Então me aparece uma mensagem dizendo: "Utilize o seu email criado na epic games" sendo que o email que eu inseri é o literalmente o mesmo que eu utilizo na minha conta da Epic Games, o que não faz sentido e eu tenho como provar, comprei o jogo para jogar com a minha esposa, tanto que até presenteei a mesma com o jogo e sou surpreendido ao abrir o jogo e descobrir que não tenho como jogar porque preciso colocar o meu email da Epic Games, então pensei, quando ver é o meu email que está com problema! Então tentei colocar o email do meu irmão e até da minha esposa e mesmo assim continuou dando o mesmo erro: "Insira o seu email criado na Epic Games" Então como eu literalmente estou sendo impedido de aproveitar o jogo estarei pedindo por reembolso.
