Problems / Crashes?

Are you experiencing issues with the game, such as frequent crashes? Please follow these steps:

Make sure that you switch off your cloud temporarily, otherwise the cloud will overwrite the change again.

1. Ensure that all required components are installed by running the “UEPrereqSetup_x64.exe” file. This file makes sure that all necessary programs and libraries are installed for the game to run smoothly. You can find the file at the following path: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\KeepUp Survival\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us.

Note: Steam usually handles this installation automatically, but in some cases, you may need to run the file manually.

2. Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date to avoid potential problems.

3. Have you activated FSR in the game? If so, leave FSR deactivated. Try it again.

4. Check for and install any important Windows updates.

5. Clear your Steam cache. This can help resolve issues with games that frequently receive updates and can also address general issues. Steam recommends doing this as well. To clear the cache: Steam Launcher -> Steam -> Settings -> Downloads -> Click on “Clear Download Cache”

6. Delete the following folders (Config and Logs):
C:\Users\YOUR PC NAME\AppData\Local\KeepUpSurvival\Saved

You can also do this via the game under Settings-> Help, press the Delete button and restart the game.

7. Perform a game repair.

Important Notice: These recommendations are for guidance only. Follow the steps only if you are aware of the consequences and have the necessary knowledge. You are responsible for your own actions.

Haben Sie Probleme mit dem Spiel, wie zum Beispiel häufige Abstürze? Bitte führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus:

After your most recent update, I loaded my game and was killed instantly, even though I was in my dwelling when I last saved. There was no reason for me to be killed?? My horse also went back to his original location. Thankfully, I had built my dwelling down at the lake edge just down from that location so I could get him again easily. Just wanted you to know that loading back into the game killed me.... very odd, and first time that happened.

Hi Imladris, yes, in the last update I revised the memory for the vehicles. Since the introduction of the helicopter there were problems with saving the vehicles. Now this is fixed, but every player had to get and save his vehicle, horse and helicopter again.

Bei jedem Start von der Mountain Map bin ich für 1 sec im Flugzeug und falle dann durch die Map

Hallo =]LAD[=Fisheye, mir wurde eben auch ein Fehler gemeldet. Ich schaue mir dein Problem gleich mit an. Eventuell gibt es Probleme beim Spawnen.

Mountain Map eingestellt und man landet auf Lost Iland.

Игра крашнулась, при этом все драйвера обновлены до последней версий. И это проблема уже встречалась у многих игроков. Интернет помнит все. Могу скинуть 1000 ссылок где говорится что игра крошится. Могу скинуть куча отзывов по игре. Достаточно зайти на главную страницу игры и посмотреть последние обзоры за месяц там в 5 обзорах говорится о том что игра крошится. В моем случае все остальные игры на данном движке идут идеально. Кроме этой. И именно эта крашнулась. Я не стану разбираться и кому то что то доказывать. Я игру покупал чтобы насладится игрой а не разбираться почему игра сделана так что она крошится у каждого 2 игрока

Разработчик, ты хоть читай обзоры )) там почти каждый пишет в обзоре про ее проблемы. Много игр работает на данном движке и нормально работает. Проблему можно решить, нужно хотеть ее решить.

its your pc and btw i read all of your reviews , you review 90 percent negativ also games like eelex asetto and other tripple a games for no reason , show us your specs and relayabilty monitor and also gpu oc and uv , crashesonly happen after7 min or ten with unstable undervolt or overclock ,you provided nothing of it and its pretty unfair for the dev , he wants to help and you dont aggree and posting lies , and pls write in english please , iam pretty sure that the problem is your pc my specs 5900x 7800xt 32gb ram 17 tb storage no issues at all no crashes had a 3060ti before same no issues

this kind of crash only happen with old hardware cpu gpu / undervolt or overclock which is unstable too , or overheating , issues can be easy pin pointed via relayabilty monitor , if there is an error and red cross with hardware error is pretty sure your gpu , the monitor provides the exact issue . programm,hardware or software piece which is fauly broken or has issues , i know alot , its my job provide pictures or links to it also specs of the pc and pictures of the relayability monitor and please dont post BS !:steamthumbsup:

i had it only with unstable undervolt or overclock so show us all specs R......MONITOR , etc iam waiting if you say something i dont need to then its clear what isgoing on here .....

Here’s a simple batch script that will open Reliability Monitor, gather the error logs, and save them as a text file on the desktop:

я че должен писать положительный отзыв если игра говно и не заслуживает положительного ? Ты че херню несешь.? Это раз- и два я пишу только то что считаю нужным писать и мой другие отзывы никак не влияют и не относятся к этому. Идиотина. ))судя как ты заступаешься за игру и разраба сразу видно да ты друг разраба))

В старом_)))) не смеши если читал мой отзывы то видел что я запускал и в что играю. К твоему сведению старый пк не запустит топовые новинки))))) сам себе протеворечишь
