I am improving the Spanish translation, I need to know: Is there any text in the game that is encrypted and cannot be translated?

Almost everything can be translated. But the most obvious hard coded text is the first screen after having setup and started a new game. This will be mixture of English and translated text. It has been a request to the developers for a long time to change this.

Exactly, that is the text I am referring to.
I was going crazy and couldn't find the file to edit the text.
