It's a great game, but needs something "more"...
Great game to enjoy an entire afternoon, heavily inspired by Serious Samand the classic we already know. Weapons are on point. UI is clear and it won't be filling the screen with messages and all. All in game mechanics are fair simple and to the point, I think it doesn't push your brain to use every single key so blazingly fast like Doom Eternal that it really keeps you in the "comfortable zone" rather than in the "FuN zOnE GiT gUd" stuff.

However, one major key point that I always analyze from these type of games (and enjoy) is the music. Music here is "good", but that's it. In MY taste, is kinda bland, but fits the game's atmosphere in a certain way. I truly don't know if the emphasis was to give that "creepy" or the "tim burton's film" ambience but feels....bland. No attack or disrespect towards the composer, please. There is some heavy metal / rock moments but I guess I got used to the typical Mick Gordon / Andrew Hulshut songs but I felt it missed that "adrenaline pump" from the music and I was expecting more from that in my entire gameplay.

Also, "out OFF ammo"...that puts me kinda uncomfortable lol I should know that a patch should come and fix or address that type of things.

Overall I wish this game gets more attention because it truly feels like a "what if a Serious Sam is developed for UE5 engine" and I'm all in for it. Best aspect so far are graphics: my jaw dropped with the ending halls by the Doll's Factory, now that is amazing ilumination.
