Am in a hallway after the double-jump area with the traincar. I ESC's to bring up the menu, checking my controls to see if I was not cluing into a melee attack. Nope, so I clicked Back and closed the menus. The errata from the controls part of the menu remained on my screen.

I Saved with F5 and Loaded with F8, which seemed to eliminate the control menu ghost...
