If the issue has impacted your ability to play the game or your save files, it'll make it easier for us to provide assistance if you send us the following files:

Player.log,
Player-prev.log,
SaveData.ES3,

which you can find in your Local Data directory (%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Afterburn\Inbento on Windows).

I just updated and my game progress disappeared, I have cleared levels up till 13-4 previously...

Hi, sorry to hear about the problem. Was all of your progress removed, or just some of it?

Can you try sending us the Player.log and SaveData.ES3 files (mentioned in the main post) to inbento@afterburn.games?

After doing that you can try checking if your progress is still preserved on the "legacy" branch:

We've figured out the cause of the problem; after updating to version v2.51 your progress should be restored. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Every time I complete a level the screen goes blank and forces me to close the game.

Opening the game again and clicking with the mouse has no response

Hi, can you send us the game's log files (you can find an instruction for how to find them in the parent post in this thread) at inbento@afterburn.games?

mouse clicking has no response at all
I have removed Settings.ES3

Hi, can you send me your Player.log, Player-prev.log and SaveData.ES3 files at inbento@afterburn.games? We've had some people reporting this issue but we still haven't found a fix for it.

Could you also check if you have any gamepads / graphic tablets connected while playing; or whether your laptop/PC has a touch screen?

Hi, sorry for the trouble - we're still investigating the bug and why it only appears on some computers.

In the meantime, mouse controls should be working on the "legacy" beta (you can change it by going to Settings > Betas > legacy in Steam settings for inbento) - it'll be an older version of the game without our recent quality-of-life improvements.
