This problem can be caused by a rare bug related to settings data.

Please navigate to the directory where inbento's save data is stored (enter %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Afterburn\Inbento into the File Explorer bar) and remove the Settings.ES3 file.

Afterwards the game should run as intended with your save data intact, but previously altered settings (like screen resolution or audio volume) might be reverted to defaults.



Unfortunately after launching update 2.50 we've noticed that players are affected by missing game progress if they've played inbento before the update was available.

This issue is fixed in a new update (v2.51) but if you've only started playing after v2.50 became available, you might miss the progress that you've made on Nov 12th 2024 between 12PM and 3PM CET.
