The game won't full screen and I can't resize it.

As the title says, the game is almost unplayably small and I've tried messing with DPI scaling and such but that doesn't seem to fix my issue.

Use the "Magnifier" app that is part of Windows. I find 200% zoom is about right.

Found a better solution... In Steam, right-click on the game in your library and select "Properties" then under LAUNCH OPTIONS enter "-f"
