Will a King Jirochu boss fight be put in the game?

He looks like a boss unit, and the floor 11/12 boss only has three options, while the earlier bosses have four options.

On a side note, after 30 hours I still haven't fought the Portly Ghost. I've beaten this game a ton, but I'm just not seeing it. Anyone one else not running into this boss?

I would like to see King Jirochu as a boss, it's surprising he isn't. His monster type is even their own symbol in Zeola's kit.

Also, I've fought the portly ghost many times. I've only fought the dragon once. It's just RNG I guess.
