A way to sell equipment would be nice. Maybe some stainless tables and replaceable cosmetics for the kitchen such as countertops. A 3 stage triple system similar to what Spike Brewing offers. Additional sinks / faster water flow. Automated water shutoff at a certain amount (maybe via programmable valves). Ice for faster cooling (fill a sink with ice/water and use that instead of room temp water - might require the use of a pump). Maybe some online competitions. Maybe some StarSan during wash to decrease contamination? Maybe a shopping list style way of getting grains in exact measurements all at once instead of having to get each bag and pouring to close enough. Just saying.

Edit - Maybe also a way to shop for ingredient based on Flavor / Note to help prevent having to look through 300 items to find that horse blanket.
