I keep pouring a lot of water to main the wanted temperature till the point I ran out of hot water, since I need to boil the water it take some time. And the mash below 65 degree start to Build up contamination real fast. Is there any suggestion or did I do this wrongly?

If you're using the cooler, try heating the water a bit higher than the recipe calls for on your initial pour. Otherwise you seem to wind up with too much liquid. Keep the lid closed on the cooler except to pour more water in. I keep my water on the burner and heat it all the time. Near boiling if possible. That way it takes less water to bring your temp back up. Since likely always wind up overflowing the container if you follow the recipe, see how much room you have before your final pour. No point heating up more water than is possible since it takes time to heat up. Finally, don't forget to pour out any excess water left over in your pot before transferring your WORT back to your pot from the Mash cooler. You don't want to dilute the WORT you just worked to make.
