Report a translation problem
The game judges beers based on their characteristics (measured parameters like color, bitterness, flavors, etc.) including alcohol level. It looks like it compares these measurements to available "beer types" the game uses as archetypes, and shows how similar your brewed beer is to the closest such archetypes.
And this too is a question I have had: Is it possible to add more archetypes to the game? If one could add them yourself, then it seems a lot more conceivable you could get "credit" for brewing something new and different like a halal beer, or a bock, or anything not currently on the list.
