[Ascent: Forward Thinking] Beer that fits all of job's requirements cannot be submited?

Can someone please explain why I can't submit this beer? I fit all the criteria and even counted "Off" as a standard flavor and made sure it fits. It has 19 Notes and all Standard Flavors in 1-4 range.. What am I missing?
