I have the same issue and sent them a bug report with DXDiag.txt. Might be worth you doing it too so they can iron this out:

same issue it took 30 minutes to open then didn't load it just sat on a black screen

I wonder what we've got in common that's causing this. I have an i7-4790, 32gb ram, GTX980 and 4k HDR screen, on windows 10. I do have a boat load of usb devices as it's also my racing and music making pc with midi stuff. Has anyone else got similar? I can try unplugging stuff but it's getting late and time for bed here so I'll try tomorrow.

Check to see if you have any windows updates to do , I just did mine and restart my pc I can now launch the game.

My windows updated this morning, but i do now have windows 10 update 21H2 as a "feature update". Was that yours Truthful_Raptor?

ok, i'm updating now and will rebuy and try (didn't expect my Steam refund to be so quick!)

Didn't work. Still says in game on steam but no game shown

Oh! Interesting, I got distracted and was doing other things, a black screen with a hop icon in the bottom right corner appeared, but it now seems to have crashed.

same issue it wont move from the black screen, ill try the windows update things see if it works.

Update, did a windows update and a geforce update and still nothing

Update 2, after the game sat on the black screen i closed it and just came back to see the game running..

Hi everyone! What I would suggest is uninstalling the game, deleting any local files and then reinstalling.

yes, 2 times

Didn't work for me either. Uninstalled, removed directory in Appdata, rebooted, reinstalled, validated. Still only showing in the Task Manager
