From another post I see there is a "heat mat" which could serve basically the same purpose as a heat belt. But the other post says it might not work so well with some containers.
The heatmats are broken. All fermenting containers are listed in the catalog as not tolerating heat (hovering over this specifies no heat mats, even for the metal ones) and only the large heat mat works with anything. But only once. Afterwards you need to store it and get a new one, or else you can't put anything on it (no room, apparently), and then if you put a fermenter on it the fermenter teleports into your head.
All of this is kind of a non-issue though, as the ambient temperature of the character's house seems to be between 66-70 degrees. This is in range for almost any yeast, except for the ones which require lower than 70. As said in my post, I tested this with yeast that were within the appropriate temperature range, and the carboy still killed them, where putting the exact same yeast and pouring the liquid into a proper plastic fermenter showed no issues.
