Happened to me a few times too, usually after I used a pump to try speed up filling boil kegs.

I had this problem too. Turned out that I also used the time feature. While still having it open you can not activate stuff with "e" so just leave it with "esc" and it should highlight the tap and work as usual.

I think if your time speed (using the watch) is set to 0x it should also stop the flow of water.
