If a small plastic fermenter is placed at elevation,
and a plastic hose is routed from the spigot to a conditioning keg spigot,
and the cover lid is removed from the small plastic fermenter,
and a plastic hose is routed from the opening of the small plastic fermenter to a second conditioning keg spigot,
and another plastic hose is routed from the opening of the small plastic fermenter to third conditioning keg spigot,
and all of the four spigots are opened,
and a full small brewpot of how boiling water is poured into the small plastic fermenter,
then the hot water water does flow to all of the conditioning kegs and their volumes of liquid will remain unchanged.

Also, when a fermenter is filled with liquid and a conditioning keg is attached via a plastic hose spigot to spigot, the keg overflows through the closed lid atop.

Also, the hot water tap on the kitchen sink faucet is faulty.
