Something I have just noticed from playing through the start of the campaign. I have been making the two different recipes given each time, but that leaves me with two barrels being brewed with different timings. The problem is they look the same, and I have to remember (or actually note down) which day in the season I should taste each brew.

So I thought it would be a nice idea to be able to stick a note on each brew you are conditioning in the game, so you can say what it is and when it needs to be tasted or when you need to do something to it again.
