Great game. I understand some decisions, e.g., overlooking sanitation, to simplify game play. However, I do have a number of suggestions.
1. Allow both metric and English measures.
2. Allow seeing water volume in brew pot while hovering over faucet
3. Allow seeing water temperature while hovering over burner control
(Perhaps equipment I haven't seen yet will provide better control?)
4. While default amounts for base malts are fine, adjunct malts should have finer amounts, e.g., starting with 50g rather than 500g.
5. Kitchen scale and measuring cups that would allow better control of ingredient amounts. Conversely, allow selection of specific amounts.
6. Better editing/adaptation of recipes, e.g.
a. by default substituting hops could adjust new hops amount according to alpha to maintain same IBU.
b. estimated brew statistics, e.g., ABV, color, IBU, displayed as ingredients and amounts are modified.
