Kitchen Scales / Measuring Jug

I find it a bit weird that we can get all this equipment but no basic kitchen scales or measuring jug so we can measure things accurately.

Honestly I'm fine with wining it. But I need a timer. some sort of alarm. Or something. So I can manage doing several brews at once.
