Couple of Comments for the Devs
I am a homebrewer myself and bought this yesterday due to Steam Recommendations. In playing the game I noticed a few things that led to a certain level of frustration. I'll break out my notes by practicality of implementation below:

Requested Features:

1) Ability to switch between 2-5 selected recipes quickly and recipes ability to save your progress while swapping:
When I'm doing the seasonal challenges, they essentially require you to switch between recipes. When you do, the last recipe's progression gets lost and sometimes you won't even be sure what the recipes were.

2) Cooling stuff off in the sink, by being able to move the faucet location away from the center/pot or being able to run the tap while the lid is on (it's not an airtight so this one makes less sense but would still work)
An old homebrew trick for getting your must/wort to cool down quickly is putting the pot into lightly iced water in the sink. The thermal load + density of the water there will chill the wort down much faster than just waiting a whole day. I don't know ANYONE who waits a whole day after boiling to get their wort/must down to yeast pitching temperature

Design Choices:
1) Instrumentation and container stat readings:
Currently this happens automatically, but in reality, brewers have to use a number of appliances to check for each individual metric. When brewing your first beer you will likely never know the specific gravity, the actual carbonation readings, etc. I get that implementing all of the appliances would take a lot of time, but progression into a nicer setup as you got better would have made for an interesting core story and gameplay element. In other simulator games you might have the restricted mode for story, with an option to "cheat" to see metrics in a sandbox. As it is, I do like the ability to pull readings constantly and see the rate of change, but it seems a bit too much for a default view.

2) Cleaning:
Cleaning is one of the biggest parts of making any alcohol, and is the major contributor to contamination:
In this game, the cleaning aspect is completely ignored by the fact that you can throw away anything into any cabinet, you can put unclean pots into storage and immediately pull them out, cleaned, and that the tubes remain permanently clean even between batches on the same day. I get that this design choice was to make things easier on the player, but, again, it seems to leave out a very core aspect of the process.

I really like the game and I hope you continue to develop it. I'm also hoping the above comments receive some consideration. Let me know if you want to discuss any of those points, or other points, further and I'd be glad to make some time.

Cheers!
