for now you can do mead from honey, acerglyn from maple syrup, fermented sugar water, molasses wine, and fruit wine (no apples and pears sadly).

game won't recognize it as such but you can submit it for jobs.

i also agree they should add real fruit into the game and the ability to make our own homemade wines as well it would be cool to see the diversity in the different wines that people come up with.
