One of my favorite home brew tricks is to add one less liter of water than the recipe calls for during the brew stage. A pint is a pound the whole world around, so two pounds of ice is roughly one liter of water. Then, to cool off the wort before adding the yeast, add two pounds of ice.

Would be cool to have that in the game. Adding ice to the game would be a fun little short-cut.
