Got the ghosting achievement...
...when I launched the game. Bummer. Any way to reset this stuff?

Same. Had weird achievement pre-unlocks with Lost Ark too, and one achievement that took me messing with items in my inventory in Elden RIng to get to actually unlock. Starting to wonder if Valve screwed with achievements.
