It's just that there is an unofficial translation from a small group of people on the original OneShot. They worked very hard on the translation, and in the end it turned out to be very high-quality. I can inform them about your mod, and maybe they can help you with localization.

I don't think they have any general name... They have a group, which is simply called
"OneShot RUS". ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I wrote to them. Waiting for an answer.
