How to get back to the vanilla title screen
when i first launched the game i jumped strait to the modded stuff but now i wanna go back and see if anything changed in the normal run

Delete/move `save.dat` and `p-settings.dat` from `%appdata%/OSFM`
Relaunching the game will offer you to skip to mode content, which you can decline to go back to vanilla

When i checked those files were never there

They can't not be there because they dictate the game's state
Make sure you looked in the right place

Are you talking about the installed files on the game? I can't find them either...
