How to change into Window Mode?

I know it's F8 but to me it's just borderless window (not fullscreen) with 480 resolution and stuck on top left of my screen.

That is windowed mode, it's just stuck in the corner.
It's a bug that's been resolved internally, so it should be fixed with the next update.

For now, you can try using the windows key + arrow keys o try and pull it out of there, don't know what else could help.
