game crashes when i start it up!

I really want to play this one. I love Oneshot! But every time I start to play the game gets through a few seconds of the first scene and then it shuts off. I'm not sure how to continue on and play the game! Can anyone help? ^_^;;;

Does your computer name use non-English characters?

no, its all English. i just see a room, but as soon as I press a button the game crashes

I reinstalled the core game and everything...im not sure what I could be doing wrong :(

right now it just appears blank to me, but what I am doing is just pressing start, then the music starts and what I assume to be the first screen. then everything freezes up and crashes. theres no crash text or anything, it just ends the program

That's the vanilla post-solstice title screen, it should work like that.
However, there seems to be some new option under "exit", I wonder what's that about

(Also, video doesn't seem to work in browser, but `right click > save as` got it fine)

is there something I can do to make it so that it doesnt crash? you said it should be working? I'm a little unsure of what to do...
