What operating system are you on?

Microsoft Windows, srry for the delay to answer btw

1) Is it 64bit? Fading Memory only supports 64bit systems.
2) Do you own OneShot on Steam?
3) Are you launching Fading Memory through Steam?
4) Have you tried verifying file integrity? (see https://support.sega.com/hc/en-us/articles/201599641-Verify-Cache-Files if you don't know what that is)
5) Has the game worked fine in the past?
6) Are any other games having that kind of issue?

6) It doesn't seem like it

1) Had any issues with vanilla OneShot?
2) Go to `%appdata%`, is there an `OSFM` folder?
3) Does your Windows username have non-English characters in it?
4) Are there any files in the games directories "crashes" folder?

1) Not that I know of
2) Yes
3) No
4) In the OSFM? Guess not

Delete `%appdata%/OSFM`, and try launching the game again
Decline if the game asks about save migration

I have to delete the folder OSFM or the stuff inside?

Well, only other thing I can suggest trying is installing the mod on vanilla instead of running it through Steam
Download the mod files from https://astrabit.itch.io/oneshot-fading-memory
Follow the installation instructions of that page

If that doesn't work I don't know what else to do, sorry

Actually I'd like to check somethign before you do that:
- Press the windows key + R
- Type in "winver" (without the "s) and press enter
- Send me a screenshot of the small window that pops up
