A WME port is probably never happening because of how different FM and 2016 OneShot's code is- aside from using RPG Maker XP, they're completely different games at this point. You can't convert all the game data to a format WME can understand, it'd require patching in all our modifications from 2016 OneShot into WME. At that point it'd be a full scale rewrite of both WME and FM
I will admit, its something we've (very) briefly considered, because RPG Maker is such a nightmare- but a rewrite of that scale would kill the project
