BUG : missing textures

When starting the game, several textures are replaced with Nikos or spinning Nikos.
I'd like to know how to fix this so that I can play the mod.
ALSO, getting rid of the same files doesn't reset the "quitting the game" count, so I'd really like to know how to make a true full refresh of the mod, I don't want to kill Niko just because I reset the game so much trying to fix it.

Oh, wait, I saw in another bug report... that it's not a bug but something for the anniversary.
Well, really would like to know how to reset things still, 'cause me doing several resets for nothing while I had no intention to do that, I'd like it to not have happen instead of potentially facing the consequences of a not-choice.

Well, thought I'd just change the date and try again, but look like I was just at the limit already... got an achievement, sure, but not one I was looking for.
