How to edit .loc?
The author of the localizer translated some part of the game, how can I translate another part? (He probably abandoned the translation, he does not read messages in his group)
To do this, somehow you need to open the file ru.loc

I also want to know how to turn off this super difficulty, after several exits from the game, it says "You killed Niko." I want the game to ALWAYS save, I don't need this tricky mode that resets saves...

Localization is not supported at the moment as the mod is undergoing too many changes.

The mode can't be turned off, but the game can be safely closed by sleeping at the surface bed.
Future updates will feature more beds where you can safely save.

So you need to wait a couple more years for everything to work stably?)

I understand, I just waited probably a year after the mod was released to play the stable version, and it's still being finalized. Will have to wait)
