trying to play fading memory but it just loads up the original oneshot

I installed fading memory and when I started it up I'm just playing the original oneshot where I left off, can anyone help?

You might need to remove your save file

you must play the game normally WITH THE MOD and then finish the solistice route, then can you play the mod himself.
(you can skip a lot when you arive in Refuge and going to the Portal room (gooing first to the top and talk three times with Niko, then go back to the giant door and enter the passwort "solstice") and sleep in the bed left to the entrace
