Possible bug
I had to close the game a bunch to play through again and of course Niko died now every time I start a new playthrough it gives me the you killed Niko screen and the menu. I can still play through the game just fine but I have a feeling that is not supposed to happen.

Delete `save.dat` and `p-settings.dat` in `%appdata%/OSFM`
