I'm afraid my game suffered a permanent game breaking bug

After I defeated the final boss of the "moon" levels, the bullet hell boss that is, I found myself in a red room with two giant skulls and a strange monster feeding another monster. I could do absolutely nothing, I couldn't interact with anything, so I quit to the sanctuary, and when I tried to play the boss battle again, I found the entrance closed (with a new key symbol above it), and a new locked "mouth" door in the middle of the path now disclosed to the right. I can't open that door, I have no keys. Was I supposed to receive one? Did I miss something? Do I have to solve a puzzle related to the clocks that have appeared to the right of the locked mouth door? Help please! I don't know if my game bugged or something! In that case, do I have to reset all my progress and start over the game from the beginning to see the ending of the moon levels? Don't tell me that, please...

So... I didn't miss any key? Or any additional cutscene?

There are three extra super secret keys, you aren’t done yet but the hints and puzzles are much harder to figure out. Good luck!(one of them is a reward for the infinity achievement, just to help you out)

Oh, I thought that was an intentional thing, now I’m curious what I missed by being sent to the wrong room.

I guess you are referring to the "endless" room. How do you solve that puzzle? Do I have to... you know... just keep walking?

I guess you are referring to the "endless" room. How do you solve that puzzle? Do I have to... you know... just keep walking?

The “language” achievement tells you how to do it. you have to translate a coded language, but I’ll be merciful and give you the message “In a QUIET dark place, find an inverted tree and rest beneath its branches” (capitalized for emphasis)
