Secret Code

During the death of the final boss, there is a QR code that is near the middle on the bottom of the screen. Despite the amount of time it's on screen, I was unable to decode it. I went and got the texture from the game files, but it seem's too obfuscated to read with my camera. Going to try recreating it pixel by pixel, but if anyone else has it decoded, please let me know :)
