Who is the Smile Dude and Caterpillar Girl?
Walking through the main hub, there are several moments that when you look down you can see the smile dude. Anyhow, I couldn't find a way to interact with him. I dont know if there are more secrets envolving him. You can see the screenshots here [imgur.com]

The caterpillar girl can be found walking into a invisible wall next to level V. She is just there, and I couldn't interact with her either You can see the screenshot here [imgur.com]

Also there is this REALLY strange figure that I dont even know how to name it . You can see the screenshot here [imgur.com]

Yeah. You can see him in various places in the hub if you change your POV looking up or down. Haven't found any meaningful interactions with it so far.

In area 4 you can use your clone to interact with him if you do some clever movements. It’ll teleport you to a room with two skulls and that third thing, with no exits.

I was playing the fourth level once and somehow my clone and I were on the same side of the level and, randomly, the game jumpscared me and sent me to a random room with the dude in the 3rd screenshot. Was really weird and I don't know how to recreate what happened.

You can kill your clone while it's on the left side, or sometimes the clone gets caught on a ledge. The jump scare happens because the clone interacts with the smiley guy - who is only visible when you're looking up from the very bottom.
