is Axis Mundi completion achievement bugged?

Beat game and unlocked whole codex in one sitting, but didnt get achievement. I am missing something or its bug?
UPD: launched AM again from main game - get achievement on menu screen.

Yeah, usually the achievement doesn't pop until you're back in the hub world. Thanks for tagging the update to your post!

Always relaunch the games , if you don't get achievement after beating them.
