it has not been fixed yet, but it's at the very top of our priority list. It's result of a difficult to track random occurrence that prevents the achievement from unlocking. We're working to change the qualifier presently.

Syntax, it's likely the random occurrence didn't happen the second time and that's why it eventually popped for you.

thanks my dude, i usually don't care about achievements in games but this series is different. i just love this series so much, thanks for all the hard work.
