In-store items, Orange Box，Origin Box，Sorry it took so long

I've unlocked almost all of the PA but now when I open an orange box or origin box, I don't get anything.
I'm missing about 13 of them and I can't find anywhere that explains the evolution items or how to unlock the final few when the boxes don't unlock any more

Hey Pyro. Try the PA before the empty slot. Feed it all kinds of Evolution foods to try and unlock the next one if you haven't tried it. Some PA's have evolutions. I.e. the level 20 flower girls that are all recolors require different flowers from the shop to evolve. Not sure if this helps.
BTW! I am unable to upgrade my buildings past level 3 and I have well over the required amount of 3 gold. Do you have this issue as well? Thanks <3

The highest building is LV3. There may be translation problems, because there is no professional translation, and all software translations are used.
