I have the same problem, I'm on Windows 10. It could be a problem with non-asian locale (had the same thing with some other japanese/chinese games before).

There are two files in the Fonts folder in the root of the game, install them, and that's it.

Installed both fonts files, problem still exists. I even restarted my pc, still no text in game.

Also installed them, nothing changes

Eventually look into the font collation. I had this in some languages when i used wrong font collation setup in my programming engines. Depending on the engine, some are simply ignoring the draw of the text and some draw strange symbols. eventually you used an for example chinese only collation instead an more useful unicode collation

The text in the Store when clicking to buy something isn't translated. The name of the item is fine, the other information isn't translated though.

Also when Changing "PA" what does the "Determine" mean? And I noticed that the menu itself says "Change", but the prompt says "Replace".

Because all is the translation software, can not have the money to hire the human translator
